Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in writing. Email is acceptable. Substitutions are accepted at any time, but must also be in writing. If a substitute is not a Tall Ships America member, additional fees may apply. Cancellations will be refunded up until 5PM EST December 14, 2015 minus a $50 cancellation fee. After December14, 2015 no refunds will be issued.

Member Rates: You must be a member in good standing at the time of registration and upon check-in to qualify for the member rates.
